If you are interested in having your clan/squad/team/neighborhood square off against the illustrious members of Team Schooly D, please take the following steps:

- your team's name (and website, if applicable)
- a brief description of your team (who are you? what do you do?)
- the Gamertags on your team that will be available for the match
- preferences for team size, gametype, and map
- preferences for date and time
- whether you're looking for a serious challenge or a fun night
